• Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with Ayufinity’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
• Refrain from making unsupported medical claims or promises of guaranteed results.
• Recommend treatments, herbal remedies, or practices only after understanding the client’s case history.
• Refer clients to registered medical practitioners when symptoms are outside their purview.
• Keep accurate and professional records of the consultation (where applicable).

• Users may access free content or subscribe to premium plans that offer additional features.
• Subscription fees are billed as per the selected plan (monthly/annual) and are non-refundable once the service starts. User can modify/change the expert based on the user request and the discretion of Ayufinity.
• Ayufinity Care reserves the right to modify pricing and subscription plans at its discretion.

• In the event that, the Practitioner/Expert with whom User has booked a paid appointment via the Website, has not been able to meet the User, User will need to write to us at support@ayufinity.com within five (5) days from the occurrence of such event; in which case, the entire consultation amount as mentioned on the Website will be refunded to the User within the next five (5) to six (6) business days in the original mode of payment done by the User while booking. In case where the User, does not show up for the appointment booked with a Practitioner, without Cancelling/Modifying the appointment beforehand via support@ayufinity.com, the amount will not be refunded, and treated as no show by user. Cancellation/Modification request if accepted only 24 hours before the time of appointment or before the acceptance of appointment request by Practitioner/Expert, User is entitled for full refund.
• Cancellation and Modification of Booking request within 24 hours of appointment is at the discretion of Expert/Practitioner’s availability and acceptance of the request from user. User is eligible for 50% of the refund in case cancellation of request is done within 24 hours of the appointment.
• Users will not be entitled for any refunds in cases where, the Practitioner is unable to meet the User at the exact time of the scheduled appointment time and the User is required to wait, irrespective of the fact whether the User is required to wait or choose to not obtain the medical services from the said Practitioner.
• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
• AYUFINITY CARE does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.
• In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
• In case of any Refunds approved by the AYUFINITY CARE, it’ll take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

• All content, features, and functionality on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, product designs, and digital tools, are the exclusive property of Ayufinity Care.
• Users may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any material without prior written consent.
